Chef Abbas Jaffari
Executive Chef Abbas Jaffari has been with the Hilton University of Houston since 1996. He’s also worked as sous chef and executive chef in numerous fine Houston restaurants, including Charley’s 517, Wine Press, Ruggles and Sweetwater Country Club.
A Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation, Chef Abbas serves as a lecturer and mentor to students at the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, advising them on food preparation, kitchen management, menu planning and special-event catering.
And while everything Chef Abbas creates is delicious, around the hotel and Hilton College, he’s famous for his incredible desserts!
